Lorry Freight & Dispatch Policy

1. Loading Point & Central Godown

All wholesale consignments are aggregated, graded, and loaded directly at our central godown facility: Ramnad Agro, 8/784, M.P.K Valasai, Ramanathapuram District, Tamil Nadu - 623523.

2. Transport Logistics & Vehicle Capacities

We coordinate dispatch through established commercial transport networks and private truck operators across Tamil Nadu and South India. Typical vehicle capacities include:

• Tata Ace / Pickup (1 – 2.5 Tons): Regional short-distance distribution (Madurai, Sivagangai, Paramakudi).
• Eicher / Intermediate Commercial Vehicles (4 – 9 Tons): Central and Western Tamil Nadu (Tiruchirappalli, Dindigul, Kangeyam, Coimbatore).
• Multi-Axle Lorries (10 – 25 Tons): Full commercial loads for oil expeller clusters, Chennai mandis, and interstate deliveries.

3. Freight Terms (Ex-Godown vs. FOR Delivered)

Unless mutually agreed in writing, standard quotations are Ex-Godown MPK Valasai. Freight charges (to-pay or prepaid) are calculated based on transporter tariffs, distance, and vehicle type. We provide transparent transporter contacts and bilty tracking details upon departure.

4. Dispatch Turnaround

Standard ready stock consignments (1 – 5 Tons) are typically loaded within 48 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. Bulk orders exceeding 15 Tons or custom-weaved palm mat orders are scheduled as per contract lead times.
